Kids at the Farmers MarketThe market featured a Power of Produce Club that ran from June 22 through Aug. 10. This is a children’s program to provide a taste-and-see educational experiences that help kids learn where food comes from and how to use fresh produce. here will be weekly activities, tastings and demonstrations. POP Club kids received two $1 tokens to spend at the market, allowing them to make their own shopping decisions. The program will be offered again next summer.
